A trusty secretary to one Mr. James Moriarty, or her elder twin brother. They get on well, though it was either that or being made into shoes, and Koren is a sensible woman after all. She works behind the scenes; Jim delegates to her and is one of the very few he trusts. They've know each other all their lives, so that trust isn't misplaced. Koren knows when to speak and when to stay silent and her hobbies include people watching and adding notes to her little black book (part of a rather large series, each which looks exactly like the next) which in reality is one of the most intensive and largest blackmail records in England, if not the world, courtesy her brother.

Koren's heels clicked down the pristine, hospital hallway, dressed in her usual suit, but with a doctor's coat over it, looking like she belonged, though her shoes were distinctly out of place...

Koren was smiling gently in her sleep, safe and warm in Mycroft's arms. Then, there was a knocking at the front door. A loud banging sounded and roused a particularly miffed Koren from her sleep. She liked her sleep damnit!

((I've just bought myself a pie maker! Oh goodness, I'm so excited! Only ten freaking minutes for four little pies all of my own! XD
I'm way to happy, but my Dean in my head is throwing a party so screw you all, I have a pie maker~ I mean, I'll still be making my pies from scratch, but this is so much more fun this way. It's like an easy bake for grown ups that only makes pie. How awesome is that~!

(korcroft hurts me generally but I love it. I knew she would. Mycroft loves to buy her things because he loves her looking beautiful, and it's that dual thing again:

Also, yes, because this is what I always imagine them doing. And then her gifts to him are all really small sentimental things that show off just how well she knows him, and if he ever stares at something in a window too long or whatever and he doesn't get it simply because he doesn't have time (as he obviously has the money) she'll have it custom made for him to his preferences and gift it to him 'secretly' like 'sneaking' it into his wardrobe or bathroom or wherever it would be put away to.))
